Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500\/600 ml. Brou de Verdures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades soperes de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Llesca de pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bolets al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem finament la ceba. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem el conill i en una cassola amb l&#039;oli ben calent posarem la llesca de pa, juntament amb el conill. Taparem la cassola perqu\u00e8 no esquitxi. Quan el pa estigui fregit pels dos costats el traurem de la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daurarem el conill pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i ofegarem la ceba durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi, i quan redueixi hi afegirem la mostassa i la mel. Remenarem i hi tirem el brou de verdures i la farigola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir incorporarem el conill, juntament amb el suc que hagi deixat anar el conill. Taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una picada o picada amb les ametlles, els alls, el pa fregit, el julivert i la meitat del fetge del conill. El picarem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric o tamb\u00e9 amb un morter a m\u00e0. Afegirem una mica de brou a la picada i ho incorporarem a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem cuinat el conill durant 30 minuts i afegirem ara els bolets.
