Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 branca de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu els calamars i traurem els tentacles i les aletes. Amb un ganivet esmolat el picarem petit\u00f3,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem els calamarsets amb la picada i els tancarem amb un escuradents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem les cebes a juliana fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem l&#039;oli en una cassola i quan estigui calent incorporarem els calamarsons, tapant la cassola perqu\u00e8 no esquitxi. Donarem la volta i els courem fins que es daurin, aproximadament uns dos minuts per costat. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix hi afegirem la ceba, l&#039;all tallat i la canyella. Salarem i ofegarem la ceba durant uns 20 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els xampinyons laminats. Donarem unes voltes, afegirem el pebre i courem durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els calamarsets i el suc que hagin deixat anar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi posarem el vi blanc i el vinagre. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuinarem durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s, si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua. Ha de quedar la salsa espesseta. Remenarem i vigilarem que no s&#039;enganxi.
