Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 gr. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 gr. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per finalitzar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre glas per empolvorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la llet t\u00e8bia i el llevat. Remenarem una mica perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui el llevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem la llet, el sucre, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, la sal i la ratlladura de llimona. Remenarem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada en un parell de vegades i pastarem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins a integrar totalment la farina.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem el bol amb paper film i deixarem reposar la massa al frigor\u00edfic unes 12 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del frigor\u00edfic i deixarem que doblegui el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem folrat amb paper vegetal un motlle de 24 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre que untarem amb mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la taula de treball estenem una mica d&#039;oli i dipositarem la massa. Per poder treballar millor la massa tamb\u00e9 hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem una mica de forma a la massa i la partirem en 8 porcions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una bola amb cada porci\u00f3 i les dipositarem al motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi tirem els 40 ml. de llet per sobre de les boles i ho pintarem tot amb ou batut.
