Salsa de Soja<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li><li>1 cullerada de Mostassa de Dijon<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem les cebes a juliana i els alls a discos.<\/li><li>Posarem l&#039;oli en una paella i quan estigui calent afegirem els alls. Farem un parell de voltes.<\/li><li>Amb el foc molt baix farem la ceba durant uns 15 minuts.\u00a0<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebre, la salsa de soja, la mel i la mostassa. Remenarem i courem durant uns 5 minuts. Comprovarem de sal. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem el salm\u00f3 pels dos costats.<\/li><li>En una paella calenta i amb una miqueta d&#039;oli, rostirem el salm\u00f3 posant primer la part de la pell per baix i despr\u00e9s li donarem la volta.
