Bolets variats\/Xampinyons<\/li><li>100 gr. Brots de Soja<\/li><li>Salsa de Soja<\/li><li>1 pessic de Gingebre en pols<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem el pollastre a daus petits que dipositarem en un recipient. Macerem el pollastre amb la salsa de soja i el deixarem reposar, tapat, al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li><li>Picarem la ceba en juliana, els alls en discos petits, el pebrot a quadradets petits, la pastanaga a rodanxes, el carbass\u00f3, pot anar amb pell o sense pell, el tallarem a quadradets tamb\u00e9.<\/li><li>En un wok o una paella fonda, hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent posarem els alls, i abans que es daurin afegirem la ceba. Ofegarem durant 2 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebrot i la pastanaga. Ofegarem 4 minuts. Despr\u00e9s hi afegirem el carbass\u00f3 i els bolets. Courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Incorporarem el pollastre juntament amb la salsa de soja, i tamb\u00e9 el gingebre en pols. Remenarem i courem durant 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Afegirem els brots de soja i una mica m\u00e9s de salsa de soja.
