Ametlles laminades<\/li><li>Sucre llustre<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Crema Pastissera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>750 ml. Llet<\/li><li>150 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>50 gr. Maicena<\/li><li>Pell de Taronja i de Llimona<\/li><li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li><li>15 gr. Mantega&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet, guardarem una mica per dissoldre la maizena, afegirem el sucre, el pal de canyella, les pells de llimona i taronja. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i deixarem refredar tapada.<\/li><li>Dissoldrem la maizena amb la llet reservada i hi afegirem els rovells dels ous. Batrem amb un batedor manual.<\/li><li>Colarem la llet i afegirem a la barreja dels ous. Batrem una mica.<\/li><li>Passarem la barreja a un cass\u00f3 i cuinarem la crema sense deixar de remenar fins que s&#039;espesseixi. Apagarem el foc i afegirem la mantega trossejada. Remenarem. Deixarem refredar la crema en una safata tapada amb paper film.<\/li><li>Desenrotllarem la massa de pasta de full damunt d&#039;una safata per al forn. Batrem l&#039;ou i pintarem amb ou les vores de la mas de pasta de full.<\/li><li>Cobrirem la massa amb la crema pastissera que ha d&#039;estar freda. L&#039;estendrem amb una cullera sense arribar a les vores deixant sense crema uns dos cent\u00edmetres aproximadament.<\/li><li>Posarem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full per sobre de la crema. Tancarem les vores, amb un ganivet donant-li una forma d&#039;ones, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Pintarem tota la massa amb ou batut.<\/li><li>Cobrirem tota la superf\u00edcie amb les ametlles laminades i empolvorarem per sobre amb el sucre llustre.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 45 minuts o fins que vegem que estigui cuita.<\/li><li>Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Pantxineta per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a preparar una Pantxineta o Panchineta que es una tarta tradicional del Pa\u00eds Vasco muy conocida en todo el mundo y que se elabora con hojaldre, crema pastelera y almendras.
