Els prepararem farcits de crema de xocolata. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Xocolata per fondre 70% cacau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. Maicena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem al foc un cass\u00f3 amb aigua ia sobre un recipient per fer un bany maria i fondre la xocolata. Quan estigui fos apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un got desfarem la maizena amb una mica de llet. Remenarem fins que s&#039;hagi dissolt totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un cass\u00f3 la llet, els rovells d&#039;ou, la llet amb la maizena i el sucre. Batrem fins a integrar-ho tot.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar courem la crema fins que s&#039;espesseixi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregeu la crema amb la xocolata fins que s&#039;hagi integrat i la passarem a una safata fins que es refredi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenrotllarem una massa de pasta de full, deixant el paper vegetal a sota i la pintarem amb aigua. L&#039;altra massa de pasta de full la posarem per sobre, prement b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;enganxi i traurem el paper de sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem uns quadradets de 4 cm x 4 cm. i els tallarem. Els passarem a una safata de forn i els pintarem per sobre amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 12 minuts aproximadament o fins que estiguin daurats per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop s&#039;hagin refredat totalment els obrirem per la meitat amb un ganivet de serra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una m\u00e0niga pastissera posarem la crema de xocolata i omplirem els miguelitos, tapant-los despr\u00e9s.
