Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de mitja Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela a Rama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per arrebossar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Canyella a Pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim 750 ml. de llet, la canyella en branca i la pell de la taronja. Abans que comenci a bullir la llet, apagarem el foc i taparem la cassola. Deixarem infusionar durant uns quinze minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colarem la llet i la posarem al foc en un altre cass\u00f3 net. Afegirem el sucre i remourem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissoldrem la maizena amb la resta de la llet i ho afegirem al cass\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El foc ha de ser molt baix. Anirem remenant la barreja amb unes varetes fins que s&#039;espesseixi. No cal deixar de remenar ja que es podria enganxar al fons del cass\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcorreguts uns 15 minuts anirem comprovant que hagi espessit prou. Movem el cass\u00f3 cap a un costat i si veiem que la llet no se&#039;n va cap a l&#039;altre costat ja la tindrem a punt. Normalment triga entre 20 i 25 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem un motlle que no sigui gaire gran i ho untem amb una mica d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la llet i deixarem que es refredi.
