Hem elaborat una pasta de full farcida de Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s conegut com Bisbalenc, \u00e9s una coca de pasta de full amb pinyons per sobre, que es poden substituir per palets d&#039;ametlles i \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar a casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CGh-b_vxvSE\" title=\"YouTube v\u00eddeo player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Placa de pasta de full rectangular<\/li><li>200 gr. Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel<\/li><li>50 gr. Pinyons o Palets d&#039;Ametlles&nbsp;<\/li><li>Sucre<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem els pinyons en remull per a la seva hidrataci\u00f3-<\/li><li>Desenrotllarem la placa de pasta de full, conservant el paper vegetal.\u00a0<\/li><li>Punxarem la part central i al centre estenem el cabell d&#039;\u00e0ngel. Calcularem que la part central on estigui el cabell d&#039;\u00e0ngel cobreixi una tercera part de la pasta de full.<\/li><li>Doblegarem la pasta de full i retirarem el paper. Doblegarem tamb\u00e9 l&#039;altra part de la pasta de full i quedar\u00e0 tancat. Donem la volta i tallarem el paper sobrant. I la passarem a la safata de forn.<\/li><li>Pintarem per sobre amb ou batut i cobrirem amb els pinyons escorreguts i despr\u00e9s amb abundant sucre en gra.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Hem enfornat durant uns 30\/35 minuts, o fins que vegem que est\u00e0 daurada.
