Calamars<\/li><li>2 Patates grans<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>5 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>50 ml. Brandy<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>1 Caiena o Guindilla (opcional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentarem, pelarem i tallarem les patates a quadradets petits. Aixafarem amb un ganivet les 3 dents d&#039;All amb pell.&nbsp;<\/li><li>En una paella fonda, amb oli d&#039;oliva abundant, fregirem les patates i els alls amb pell. Les reservarem en un plat sobre paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li><li>Picarem finament la ceba, el pebrot verd i les 2 dents d&#039;all.<\/li><li>Escorrerem l&#039;oli sobrant i el guardarem per a un altre fregit.<\/li><li>A la paella fonda o una cassola petita posarem una mica de l&#039;oli sobrant, salarem i ofegarem les verdures amb el foc molt baix durant uns 15 minuts. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Tallarem els calamars a rodanxes for\u00e7a gruixudes. Salteu-los en una paella amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Quan comencin a estar rosats per una banda, els farem la volta i els saltejarem per l&#039;altra banda. Afegirem el brandi, amb molt de compte, cal tenir apagat l&#039;extractor de fums ja que es podria encendre. Remenarem per desgla\u00e7ar la paella.<\/li><li>Incorporarem els calamars amb el suc a la cassola amb les verdures escalfades. Afegirem el vi blanc i cuinarem fins que evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li><li>Tot seguit afegirem el bitxo i una mica d&#039;aigua per a la cocci\u00f3.
