Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge Extra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans de coure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge Extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal Maldon\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barregeu el llevat amb l&#039;aigua i la deixeu en rep\u00f2s uns 8 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la farina tamisada i l&#039;aigua amb el llevat. Remenarem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que s&#039;integri totalment. \u00c9s una massa s\u00faper tova. Taparem amb paper film i deixarem la massa al frigor\u00edfic durant un m\u00ednim de 8 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la massa a una safata de forn i afegim a poc a poc la farina que ten\u00edem preparada. Un cop integrada totalment afegirem la sal, pastarem per incorporar-la i finalment posarem l&#039;oli. Amassarem una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la massa amb un drap de cuina i deixarem en rep\u00f2s a temperatura ambient uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit ens mullarem les mans amb aigua per poder treballar la massa ja que \u00e9s molt tova i aix\u00ed ens ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil. Farem uns plecs amb la massa. \u00c9s a dir, doblegarem per una banda, despr\u00e9s per l&#039;altra. Ho farem pels quatre costats, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Deixarem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap de cuina uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta operaci\u00f3 la farem en total 4 vegades, sempre amb les mans ben mullades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A una altra safata de forn untarem tot el fons amb oli d&#039;oliva i incorporarem la massa. Distribuirem la massa per tota la superf\u00edcie i hi afegirem oli per sobre per repartir-la millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem fermentar en un lloc que no hi doni aire. Ha de doblegar el volum, en el nostre cas han estat 4 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 230 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Posarem per sobre de la massa abundant oli d&#039;oliva i amb les mans ben netes enfonsarem els dits i penetrar\u00e0 l&#039;oli als forats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem posat sal maldon per sobre, aix\u00f2 ja \u00e9s al gust, i enfornarem la focaccia durant uns 30 minuts, o fins que veieu que estigui dauradeta i cuita, dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Focaccia per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Focaccia es un cl\u00e1sico pan italiano de masa esponjosa y sabor irresistible.
