De Cua de Bou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pastanagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Panceta de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre Vi Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un recipient que no sigui de metall posarem la cua de bou tallada a trossos, les cebes tallades a trossos, la pastanaga tallada a discos i el vi. Taparem la cassola i ho deixarem en maceraci\u00f3 durant 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem la carn i les verdures. Reservarem el vi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una paella fonda al foc i hi afegim la mantega i l&#039;oli. Quan estigui calent afegim els trossos de cua de bou que pr\u00e8viament hem enfarinat. Fregirem r\u00e0pidament la carn perqu\u00e8 quedi segellada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim tamb\u00e9 la cansalada tallada a daus perqu\u00e8 vagi fregint i deixant anar el greix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la carn i la posem en una cassola gran. Apartem tamb\u00e9 la cansalada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixem el foc i afegim a l&#039;oli les verdures macerades. Saltejarem les verdures i passarem a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el vi de la maceraci\u00f3, la fulla de llorer, la farigola, el pebre negre i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem coure a foc lent i afegirem aigua calenta, si cal, perqu\u00e8 la salsa tingui l\u00edquid abundant per coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaireb\u00e9 al final de la cocci\u00f3 comprovarem de sal i afegirem si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de mantega en una paella i saltejarem els xampinyons que afegirem a la cassola quan ja estigui gaireb\u00e9 a punt l&#039;estofat.
