A casa ens agrada molt els plats de Pasta i avui prepararem uns Macarrons gruixuts o Tortiglioni que trobareu a qualsevol supermercat i els acompanyarem amb una salsa a base de Xampinyons, Nata per cuinar i Formatge Parmes\u00e0. Macarrons gruixuts o Tortiglioni<\/li><li>150 gr. Xampinyons&nbsp;<\/li><li>200 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>60 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>50 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>10 gr. Farina (1 culleradeta)<\/li><li>1 culleradeta Mostassa<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>40 gr. Formatge parmes\u00e0<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentarem i laminarem els xampinyons. En una paella fonda llen\u00e7arem la meitat de la mantega i quan es fongui afegirem els alls picats. Donarem unes voltes i abans que es daurin afegirem els xampinyons. Ofegarem els xampinyons durant un parell de minuts, movent-los perqu\u00e8 no es torrin. Reservarem.<\/li><li>A la mateixa paella posarem la resta de mantega i quan es fongui afegirem la farina. Remenarem en\u00e8rgicament i abans que es dauri incorporarem la nata, l&#039;orenga, el vi blanc, el pebre i la mostassa. Remenarem ia continuaci\u00f3 posarem el formatge parmes\u00e0. Comprovarem de sal ja que el formatge \u00e9s for\u00e7a salat. Cuinarem la salsa amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem els xampinyons i el julivert picat i courem tot junt uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s, vigilant que no se&#039;ns enganxi la salsa. Sempre es pot posar una mica m\u00e9s de nata.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Bullirem els macarrons en una olla amb molta aigua. Quan comenci a bullir hi tirem la sal i els macarrons que els bullirem seguint les indicacions del fabricant de la pasta.<\/li><li>Guardarem una mica d&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3 per si cal afegir despr\u00e9s a la salsa.<\/li><li>Escorrerem els macarrons i els barrejarem amb la salsa.
