Nosaltres ho acompanyem amb una mica d&#039;arr\u00f2s. No oblidis tenir pa a m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 no deixar\u00e0s ni una gota de la seva salsa. Ceps deshidratats<\/li><li>400 grs. Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Arr\u00f2s blanc per acompanyar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deixem en remull els ceps (bolets) durant unes 3 hores. Les escorrem per\u00f2 guardem l&#039;aigua ja que la farem servir per a la salsa. Colarem l&#039;aigua amb un colador de roba perqu\u00e8 no es coli cap impuresa.<\/li><li>Salpebrem els filets sencers. En una paella i amb el foc fort fregirem els filets per tots els costats m\u00e9s o menys uns 2 minuts per cada costat. Han de quedar daurats per fora per\u00f2 crus per dins. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli per\u00f2 amb el foc molt baix sofregirem la ceba picada fins que quedi transparent. Afegirem els bolets. Remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>Afegirem la nata per cuinar, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat, la nou moscada i un parell de gots de l&#039;aigua dels bolets. Remenarem i amb el foc molt baix cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts vigilant que no s&#039;enganxi. Batem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i la posarem de nou a la cassola.<\/li><li>Tallarem el filet a trossos d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre de gruix. El suc que ha deixat anar el filet el posarem tamb\u00e9 a la cassola i afegirem m\u00e9s brou dels bolets. Quan comenci a bullir incorporarem el filet trossejat i cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.
