Nosaltres ho hem preparat amb nom\u00e9s les ales del pollastre per\u00f2 ho podeu fer amb pollastre trossejat. Aquesta recepta \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de fer a casa i queda deliciosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VD89NEbGagA\" title=\"YouTube v\u00eddeo player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS PER A 4 PERSONES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 Ales de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Gambes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Ametlles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Rom negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem a juliana la ceba, pelarem el tom\u00e0quet i el tallarem a trossos petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent fregirem lleugerament les gambes, nom\u00e9s volta i volta. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem les gambes i les fregirem pels dos costats. Fregirem tamb\u00e9 el pa, el reservarem. Afegirem la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet, abaixarem el foc i sofregirem tot junt, quan es daurin les cebes afegirem el rom i la farigola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan evapori l&#039;alcohol hi tirarem aigua bullint, taparem la cassola i deixarem coure fins que el pollastre estigui tendre, aproximadament uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet fregit. Remourem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una picada amb els alls, les ametlles, el julivert i el pa fregit i ho afegirem a la cassola.
