Farina<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A bol posarem el formatge crem\u00f3s i el sucre, i el batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques.<\/li><li>Quan tot estigui integrat, afegirem els ous d&#039;un en un i seguirem batent fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Afegirem la farina tamisada i la integrarem amb les varetes.<\/li><li>Finalment hi afegirem la nata per muntar. Batrem tot<\/li><li>Mullarem amb aigua un full de paper de coure. Farem una bola amb el paper i la mullarem b\u00e9. L&#039;escorrerem i distribuirem el paper dins del motlle.<\/li><li>Omplirem el motlle amb la massa de formatge, procurant que el l\u00edquid no arribi fins a la vora del motlle. Ha de quedar un espai ja que creix for\u00e7a dins del forn.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 210 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads amb calor amunt i avall i enfornem durant uns 40 minuts.
