Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Granet d&#039;Ametlla Crocanti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desenrotllarem la massa de pasta de full. Pintarem amb aigua la meitat de la massa i la doblegarem. Traurem el paper de sobre de la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empolvorarem la taula de treball amb una mica de farina i dipositarem la massa de pasta de full doblegada, traient la resta del paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica m\u00e9s de farina per sobre de la massa i amb un tallador de pastes o b\u00e9 amb la vora d&#039;una copa tallarem discos de 4,5 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la massa sobrant l&#039;aplanarem i amb un corr\u00f3 l&#039;allisarem fins que quedi una capa del mateix gruix que les anteriors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem els discos a una safata amb paper de coure al damunt. Pintarem amb ou batut i per sobre cobrirem amb granet d&#039;ametlla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i les enfornem durant uns 20 minuts o fins que estiguin daurades. Deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem la nata amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques. \u00c9s important deixar el recipient i la nata durant uns 10 minuts al congelador ja que aix\u00ed es munta m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment.
