Aquests s\u00f3n uns dol\u00e7os de Canela s\u00f3n molt apropiats per degustar-los amb el caf\u00e8 o el berenar. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li><li>100 ml. Llet<\/li><li>1 Ou<\/li><li>50 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li><li>50 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>8 gr. Llevat sec de Forner<\/li><li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per al farciment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>30 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>80 gr. Sucre Moreno<\/li><li>2 cullerades soperes de Canyella en pols<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per al Glassejat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gr. Sucre glas<\/li><li>Suc de Llimona o Aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dissoldrem el llevat amb la llet t\u00e8bia, barrejant b\u00e9.<\/li><li>En un bol gran posarem la mantega una mica fosa al microones i l&#039;aigua temperada, remourem amb un batedor manual perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri.<\/li><li>Afegirem la sal, l&#039;ou i el sucre i barrejarem amb el batedor fins que estigui tot integrat. Incorporarem el llevat amb la llet i remourem.<\/li><li>Afegirem la farina tamisada en diverses vegades i ho barrejarem tot amb una esp\u00e0tula. Amassarem amb les mans sense treure&#039;l del bol.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 dipositarem la massa a la taula de treball i acabarem de pastar. Donarem a la massa forma de bola i la guardarem dins del bol tapada amb paper film fins que dobli la mida, aproximadament una hora.<\/li><li>Empolvorem la taula de treball amb farina i amb un corr\u00f3 farem un rectangle amb la massa. El gruix ha de ser de mig cent\u00edmetre. Pintarem la massa amb la mantega fosa.<\/li><li>Barrejarem el sucre bru amb la canyella i el distribuirem per sobre de la massa, ha de cobrir tota la massa.<\/li><li>Enrotllarem la massa comen\u00e7ant per la part ampla i anirem enrotllant, prement una mica. Amb un ganivet ben esmolat farem porcions de 3 cent\u00edmetres.<\/li><li>Prepararem una safata per al forn amb paper d&#039;enfornar i dipositarem els rotllets procurant estirar una mica la punta del rotllet i posar-la dins del rotllet per la part de baix, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Deixarem els rotllets dins del forn apagat fins que fermenten i dobleguin el volum, aproximadament uns 90 minuts.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant 25 minuts o fins que veiem que estan cuits.<\/li><li>En un bol posarem el sucre m\u00f2lt i amb una cullera sopera li anirem afegint la llimona o aigua a poc a poc, remenant i afegint m\u00e9s suc fins a aconseguir una textura una mica espessa.<\/li><li>En sortir del forn i amb una cullera cobrirem els rotllets amb el glacejat que hem preparat amb la llimona i el sucre llustre.<\/li><li>Deixarem refredar totalment dins de la safata i fins que el glacejat estigui s\u00f2lid.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Rollitos de Canela o Cinamon Rolls per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy preparamos unos Rollitos de Canela, tambien conocidos como Cinamon Rolls.
