Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li><li>100 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregida<\/li><li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva o Gira-sol<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hem tingut el bacall\u00e0 salat en remull amb aigua freda i dins del frigor\u00edfic durant 4 dies. Despr\u00e9s, hem canviat l&#039;aigua cada 12 hores durant dos dies m\u00e9s. Escorrerem el bacall\u00e0 i l&#039;assecarem. El bacall\u00e0 el podem comprar tamb\u00e9 dessalat.<\/li><li>Rostirem al forn els pebrots vermells. En una safata i amb paper de coure dipositarem els pebrots i els mullarem amb una mica d&#039;oli. Els enfornarem amb calor per la part de dalt, si tenim grill i si no, amb calor amunt i avall fins que quedin ben rostits. El forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads,aproximadament uns 40 minuts. Quan s&#039;hagin refredat, els pelarem i tallarem a tires allargades.<\/li><li>Picarem la ceba i els alls. Ratllarem els tom\u00e0quets i afegirem el sucre perqu\u00e8 perdi l&#039;acidesa el tom\u00e0quet.<\/li><li>Posarem abundant oli en una paella i quan estigui bullint fregirem el bacall\u00e0, primer amb la pell cap amunt i despr\u00e9s els donarem la volta. Ha de quedar daurat. Ho reservarem damunt de paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li><li>Poseu una mica d&#039;oli en una paella i afegiu-hi els alls picats. Donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem la ceba. Ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet, el pebre negre i el llorer. Cuinarem durant uns 15 minuts amb el foc molt baix. Incorporarem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit i la integrarem.<\/li><li>Afegirem els pebrots i cuinarem tot junt durant un parell de minuts.<\/li><li>Si la cassola \u00e9s massa gran podeu passar la salsa a una altra de m\u00e9s petita perqu\u00e8 en posar el bacall\u00e0 quedi tot m\u00e9s recollit.<\/li><li>Afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua calenta i quan comenci a bullir, sempre amb el foc baix, introduirem el bacall\u00e0 amb la pell avall i cuinarem durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament, vigilant que no hi falti suc per a la cocci\u00f3.
