Els c\u00edtrics ens combinen molt b\u00e9 amb els bescuits ja que li donen un sabor exquisit. DE DIAMETRE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gr. Mandarines<\/li><li>4 Ous grans<\/li><li>150 gr. Farina<\/li><li>150 gr. Sucre&nbsp;<\/li><li>30 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>10 gr. Llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal<\/li><li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"elaboracion\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ratllarem la pell de les mandarines i traurem el suc amb un espremedor.<\/li><li>Separarem els rovells i les clares dels ous.<\/li><li>Batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques els rovells juntament amb l&#039;oli, el suc de mandarina, la meitat del sucre i la ratlladura. Aproximadament uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Muntarem les clares amb un pessic de sal fins a aconseguir el punt de neu. A mig muntar hi afegirem la resta de sucre.<\/li><li>Incorporarem en diverses vegades les clares muntades als rovells amb moviments envoltants fins que s&#039;integri tot.<\/li><li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina. Afegirem la farina tamisada a poc a poc a la massa preparada. Cal vigilar que s&#039;hi integri totalment ja que pel pes la farina t\u00e9 tend\u00e8ncia a baixar. Ha de quedar ben barrejada.<\/li><li>Greixarem el motlle amb mantega i incorporarem la massa. Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Enfornem durant 30 minuts i comprovarem amb un escuradents que surti sec. El temps de cocci\u00f3 dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li><li>Desemmotllarem quan estigui totalment refredat.
