Amb el fred ens ve de gust aquest tipus de receptes com s\u00f3n aquestes llenties guisades a casa, que acompanyarem amb un Confit d&#039;\u00c0nec que com ja sabreu s\u00f3n les Cuixes d&#039;\u00c0nec Confitades. Llenties<\/li><li>2 Cuixes de Confit d&#039;\u00c0nec<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>\u00bd Porro<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>1 Os de Pernil<\/li><li>1 Culleradeta de Pebre vermell Dol\u00e7<\/li><li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"elaboracion\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hem tingut en remull les llenties amb aigua durant unes 2 hores. Les rentem i escorrem.<\/li><li>Poseu les llenties en una cassola i cobriu-les amb aigua, procurant que l&#039;aigua sobresurti uns 2 cent\u00edmetres per sobre de les llenties. Afegirem l&#039;os de pernil, el llorer i la farigola.<\/li><li>Quan comenci a bullir, traurem l&#039;escuma i courem amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>Picarem la ceba. Tallarem la pastanaga a discos. Picarem el porro i els alls, tot ben petit.<\/li><li>En una paella amb l&#039;oli calent hi tirem els alls. Donarem un parell de voltes i afegirem la ceba i ofegarem durant uns 2 minuts. Afegirem la pastanaga i ofegarem durant 2 minuts m\u00e9s. A continuaci\u00f3 llen\u00e7arem el porro i remourem. Courem 2 minuts m\u00e9s, fins que vegem que est\u00e0 transparent la ceba i el porro.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebre vermell i remourem procurant que el pebre vermell no es cremi. Courem un minut m\u00e9s i apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Despr\u00e9s de 30 minuts de cocci\u00f3 de les llenties, afegirem el sofregit, barrejant-ho tot i afegirem m\u00e9s aigua freda, si cal. Abocarem el pebre.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Mourem la cassola per anar integrant tots els elements i farem servir una cullera de fusta en cas de ser necessari, per evitar que es trenquin les llenties.<\/li><li>Comprovarem de sal i courem durant 30 minuts m\u00e9s. En total 60 minuts de cocci\u00f3, o fins que les llenties estiguin tendres. Deixarem reposar, si \u00e9s possible durant una hora.<\/li><li>Preescalfem el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i escalfem el confit d&#039;\u00e0nec durant uns 12 minuts.<\/li><li>Escalfarem les llenties i traurem l&#039;os de pernil, la farigola i el llorer de la cassola i incorporarem el confit d&#039;\u00e0nec juntament amb els sucs que hagi deixat anar.
