Quan estigui l\u00edquid apagarem el foc. Cal anar amb compte que el sucre no quedi negre, ja que amargaria.<\/li><li>Distribuirem el sucre a les flameres individuals i les farcirem amb la barreja dels flams.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.<\/li><li>En una safata fonda que pugui anar al forn hi posarem les flameres. Abocarem a la safata, aigua ben calenta que cobreixi uns 3 cent\u00edmetres les flameres.<\/li><li>Hem cuit els flams durant uns 50 minuts. Cal fer la prova del escuradents i quan surti sec, ja els tindrem cuits. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
