Farina aproximadament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 rovell d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per al Farciment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 Sardines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pebrots Vermells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 Tom\u00e0quets Cherry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la massa de la coca, posarem en un bol l&#039;oli, l&#039;aigua, el rovell de l&#039;ou, el sucre i la sal. Ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada a poc a poc. Amassarem i anirem afegint farina fins que veiem que la massa es despr\u00e8n de les parets del bol. La quantitat de farina \u00e9s aproximada ja que de vegades absorbeix m\u00e9s aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La traurem del bol i continuem pastant a m\u00e0 fins que quedi una massa ben fina. La deixarem reposar tapada durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem a la juliana la ceba, el pebrot a rodanxes, i els tom\u00e0quets cherry per la meitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Netegem les sardines, traurem les escates, els traiem la raspa i les partirem per la meitat. Les deixem esc\u00f3rrer. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i sofregiu lleugerament la ceba. La salem una mica i hi afegim el pebrot. Sofregirem una mica i ho reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Estirem la massa de la coca i la posem a una safata del forn. Aplanarem la massa procurant que arribi fins a les vores de la safata. Posarem una mica d&#039;oli i ens ajudar\u00e0 a allisar-la i repartir-la b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem la base de la coca amb el tom\u00e0quet fregit i hi posarem la ceba i el pebrot ben repartit per tota la coca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salem les sardines i les posem amb la part de la pell per sobre. Adornarem amb els tom\u00e0quets que tamb\u00e9 salarem. Empolvorarem una mica de pebre per sobre i una mica m\u00e9s de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i coem durant uns 20\/25 minuts aproximadament, dep\u00e8n del forn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de Coca de Sardines per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el Forner de Alella y gracias a Carmen hemos preparado una deliciosa Coca de Recapte con Sardinas, Cebolla y Pimiento que est\u00e1 deliciosa.
