Macarrons<\/li><li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>1 Carbass\u00f3<\/li><li>1 Pebrot Verd&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>250 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre<\/li><li>Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem la ceba ben petita. Pelarem la pastanaga i la tallarem a quadradets. Picarem el carbass\u00f3 i el pebrot en quadradets<\/li><li>Els xampinyons tamb\u00e9 tallats a quadradets i les dents d&#039;all picades.<\/li><li>Posarem una olla al foc amb aigua abundant per bullir els macarrons. Quan estigui bullint afegirem la sal i els macarrons que els bullirem seguint les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta. \u00c9s millor deixar-los al dente.<\/li><li>En una paella fonda o en un wok hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i tot seguit els allets. Donarem unes voltes i afegirem la ceba picada i la pastanaga. Transcorreguts uns dos minuts afegirem el pebrot verd i cuinarem uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi posarem els xampinyons i el carbass\u00f3. Salpebrarem i remourem i courem durant uns tres minuts m\u00e9s, sempre amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit i l&#039;orenga i cuinarem durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Reservarem una mica de l&#039;aigua de la cocci\u00f3 dels macarrons i els escorrerem.<\/li><li>Incorporarem els macarrons a la cassola i els barrejarem amb la salsa procurant que quedin ben integrats.
