Vi Blanc<\/li><li>50 gr. Xocolata negra<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Brou de Verdures<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem la ceba a juliana, la pastanaga a discos, el tom\u00e0quet el pelarem i trossejarem.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem la carn per tots els costats. Posarem una cassola amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;Oliva i quan bulli daurarem la carn per tots costats. Reservarem<\/li><li>Baixarem el foc i hi afegirem la ceba, la pastanaga i els alls. Sofregirem durant uns dos minuts i afegirem el tom\u00e0quet, remourem i ofegarem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3, tirarem la poma pelada i trossejada petita. Farem unes voltes i cuinarem uns dos minuts m\u00e9s. Afegirem el vi i remourem.<\/li><li>Posarem de nou la carn a la cassola i la farigola. Afegirem la xocolata i remourem.<\/li><li>Quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol, hi tirem el brou. Taparem i cuinarem a foc lent durant uns 45 minuts, vigilant que no es quedi la salsa massa espessa. Cal mirar que la carn estigui tendra, de vegades necessita una mica menys de temps. Si cal afegirem m\u00e9s caldo, per\u00f2 sempre calent.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Comprovarem de sal. Traurem la carn de la cassola i tamb\u00e9 la farigola i els alls.
