Un tortell molt f\u00e0cil de preparar a casa i molt bona opci\u00f3 per presentar unes delicioses postres per al Nadal, fins i tot com Rosc\u00f3n de Reyes. Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>40 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>30 gr. Pinyons<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><li>Groselles per adornar<\/li><li>Sucre glas\/m\u00f2lt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb aigua ia sobre un recipient per fer un bany maria. Afegirem la xocolata trossejada i la mantega. Quan s&#039;hagi fos tot, apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Estendrem una placa de pasta de full i la cobrirem amb la meitat de la xocolata, deixant sense pintar les vores de la pasta de full. Aproximadament un cent\u00edmetre per cada costat. Farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb una altra placa.<\/li><li>Doblegarem les dues masses de pasta de full per la part m\u00e9s llarga, donant voltes fins aconseguir dos cilindres.<\/li><li>En una safata per al forn i amb paper de fornejar donarem forma de mitja circumfer\u00e8ncia a les masses de pasta de full i les unirem. Pintarem les juntes amb aigua i enganxarem b\u00e9. Ha de quedar un rosc rod\u00f3.<\/li><li>Amb unes tisores farem uns talls en diagonal, sense arribar a tallar-los del tot.<\/li><li>Separarem els talls un cap amunt i un altre cap avall, segons es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Pintarem el tortell amb l&#039;ou batut. Els pinyons els hem tingut en remull durant uns 30 minuts per a la seva hidrataci\u00f3 i els posarem per sobre del tortell.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament.
