Llet<\/li><li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>4 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li><li>Pell de Taronja i Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer les <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/teules-de-tolosa-amb-ametlles\/\">Texas<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>90 gr. Sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li><li>60 gr. Farina<\/li><li>50 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>2 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li><li>Ametlla laminada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per muntar el plat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gelat de Xocolata<\/li><li>250 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Sucre<\/li><li>Cacau en pols<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Passarem el gelat a un motlle rectangular, allisarem i guardarem al congelador.<\/li><li>Per fer la Crema Anglesa posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet, la pell de taronja i llimona i el pal de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc, taparem i deixarem infusionar fins que es refredi totalment.<\/li><li>Posarem els rovells d&#039;ou i el sucre en un cass\u00f3 i batrem amb un batedor manual. Colarem la llet i afegirem als rovells d&#039;ou.<\/li><li>Escalfarem la crema amb el foc molt baix, remenant constantment i abans que comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. No s&#039;ha de bullir ja que es podria tallar la crema.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Per fer les teules, posarem en un bol la mantega a punt pomada, el sucre de llustre i les clares d&#039;ou. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin tots els elements.<\/li><li>Afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada. Remenarem fins que quedi ben barrejat.<\/li><li>En una safata de forn amb paper d&#039;enfornar i amb l&#039;ajuda de dues culleres soperes posarem una mica de massa i l&#039;estendrem amb el dors de la cullera, donant-li una forma que pot ser rodona o ovalada. A sobre de la massa posarem les ametlles laminades.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 7 minuts. Quan la vora comenci a daurar-se, s&#039;han de treure del forn.<\/li><li>En sortir del forn i abans que es refredin s&#039;han de dipositar sobre un corr\u00f3 o una ampolla, i donar-li la forma, ja que si estan fredes no ho podrem fer.<\/li><li>Muntarem la nata amb unes varetes ia mig muntar hi afegirem el sucre.<\/li><li>Per muntar el plat, desemmotllarem el gelat, el tallarem i farem quatre porcions.<\/li><li>En un plat profund farem una base amb la crema anglesa. A sobre farem uns dibuixos amb la xocolata que hem fos al microones.<\/li><li>Incorporarem el gelat i el cobrirem amb la nata fent uns dibuixos amb el filtre pla. Empolvorarem per sobre amb el cacau en pols.
