Vi Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li><li>40 gr. Panses Corint<\/li><li>25 gr. Sucre bru<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel Pur\u00e9 de Patates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 gr. Patates<\/li><li>125 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>125\/140 gr. Llet<\/li><li>Aigua<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bullirem les patates amb pell que pr\u00e8viament hem rentat. La proporci\u00f3 daigua \u00e9s 1 litre daigua per 10 grams de sal. Courem les patates durant 35 minuts. Les escorrerem.<\/li><li>Prepararem la salsa Pedro Xim\u00e9nez posant el vi en un cass\u00f3 petit. Ho cuinarem durant 15 minuts amb el foc molt baix i despr\u00e9s hi tirem la sal, el pebre i les panses de Corint. Quan les panses s&#039;inflin apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Pelarem les patates i les tallarem a trossos grans i les triturarem amb el passa pur\u00e9s o b\u00e9 xafant-les amb una forquilla.<\/li><li>Passarem el pur\u00e9 a un cass\u00f3 i amb el foc molt, molt baix, afegirem els daus de mantega freda de la nevera i remourem constantment perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi el pur\u00e9 al fons de la cassola i es dissolgui b\u00e9 la mantega.
