Ja veur\u00e0s que aquesta recepta de Pudin o Past\u00eds de Salm\u00f3 i Pebrots \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de preparar a casa, el resultat \u00e9s espectacular. Salm\u00f3 fresc sense espines<\/li><li>5 Ous<\/li><li>100 gr. Pebrots del Piquillo<\/li><li>9 Palets de Surimi<\/li><li>200 gr. Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>50 gr. Formatge Crema<\/li><li>100 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><li>200\/250 gr. Salsa Maionesa per decorar<\/li><li>Pa ratllat per empolvorar<\/li><li>Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem els pebrots del piquillo i els palets de Surimi a trossos petits i els posarem en un bol.<\/li><li>Traurem la pell i les espines del Salm\u00f3. El tallarem a trossets petits i ho passarem tamb\u00e9 al bol. Triturarem i batrem tot amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li><li>En un bol gran hi posarem els ous, la nata per cuinar, el formatge crema, la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregida, la sal i el pebre. Ho batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Tot seguit incorporarem la barreja del salm\u00f3 i ho barrejarem b\u00e9, tamb\u00e9 amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li><li>Untarem el motlle amb mantega, i posarem pa ratllat, procurant que quedi tot el motlle arrebossat, traient el sobrant.<\/li><li>Passarem la barreja al motlle. Mourem el motlle perqu\u00e8 quedi ben allisat.<\/li><li>Courem el p\u00fading al bany maria dins del forn. Per aix\u00f2 agafarem una safata fonda que pugui anar al forn i hi posarem aigua bullint i dins l&#039;aigua introduirem el motlle del p\u00fading. L&#039;aigua ha de quedar fins a la meitat del motlle.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i courem durant 20 minuts amb calor nom\u00e9s a baix i 25 minuts amb calor amunt i avall. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Farem la prova del escuradents i si surt sec ja ho tenim cuit.<\/li><li>Deixarem refredar totalment i desemmotllem. Per desemmotllar m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment passarem la punta d&#039;un ganivet al voltant. Prepararem la safata on servirem el p\u00fading i la posarem a sobre del p\u00fading. Donem la volta a la safata i farem uns copets al motlle perqu\u00e8 surti el p\u00fading.<\/li><li>En una m\u00e0niga pastissera posarem la salsa maionesa i decorarem el p\u00fading per sobre al nostre gust. Al centre hem fet unes rosetes i al mig hi hem posat una oliva farcida.
