Com b\u00e9 sabr\u00e0s l&#039;Osobuco \u00e9s una part de la cama de Vedella anomenada Morcillo i en tallar-la amb l&#039;os \u00e9s quan el coneixem com a Osobuco. Xampinyons<\/li><li>250 gr. Bolets (Rossinyols, Rovellons)<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>120 gr. Panceta salada<\/li><li>750 ml. Vi negre<\/li><li>70 ml. Brandy\/Conyac<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li><li>40 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salpebrarem l&#039;ossec i posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola. Quan bulli l&#039;oli, fregirem r\u00e0pidament l&#039;ossec. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Baixarem el foc i afegirem la cansalada tallada a tires, Donarem unes voltes i afegirem els alls picats i seguidament les escalunyes. Sofregirem durant uns 4 minuts.<\/li><li>Incorporarem els xampinyons trossejats i tamb\u00e9 els rossinyols. Sofregirem uns 5 minuts. Afegirem la mantega. Remenarem i tirarem la farina, remenant perqu\u00e8 es cogui la farina.<\/li><li>Afegirem el brandi, la farigola, el vi negre i la culleradeta de sucre. Quan bulli incorporarem la carn i el suc que hagi despr\u00e8s.<\/li><li>Cuinarem amb la cassola tapada durant una hora i 45 minuts, o fins que la carn estigui ben tendra.
