Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr. Maizena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la Crema Pastissera posarem la llet en un cass\u00f3 juntament amb el sucre, la pell de llimona i la canyella. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. Taparem el cass\u00f3 i deixarem refredar totalment la llet. Colarem la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barrejarem els rovells dels ous i la maizena amb un batedor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja a un cass\u00f3 i amb el foc molt baix i remourem constantment perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi al fons de la cassola. Quan comenci a bullir i s&#039;espesseixi apagarem el foc. Passarem la crema a una safata perqu\u00e8 es refredi totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenrotllarem la massa de pasta de full. Pintarem amb aigua la meitat de la massa i la doblegarem. Traurem el paper de sobre de la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empolvorarem la taula de treball amb una mica de farina i dipositarem la massa de pasta de full doblegada, traient la resta del paper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica m\u00e9s de farina per sobre de la massa i amb un tallador de pastes o b\u00e9 amb la vora d&#039;una copa tallarem discos de 4,5 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem els discos a una safata amb paper de coure al damunt. Pintarem amb ou batut i per sobre cobrirem amb granet d&#039;ametlla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i les enfornem durant uns 15 minuts o fins que estiguin daurades.
