Carn picada de Vedella<\/li><li>300 gr. Carn Picada de Porc<\/li><li>1 kg. S\u00edpia<\/li><li>24 Llagostins<\/li><li>2 Cebes grans<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>300 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>120 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>120 gr. Pa ratllat&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 Culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>30 gr. Xocolata negra<\/li><li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Picada o Majat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>30 gr. Ametlles Torrades<\/li><li>Julivert<\/li><li>3 Llesques de Pa<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En una cassola i amb oli d&#039;oliva fregirem lleugerament els llagostins pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Afegirem a la cassola la s\u00edpia tallada a daus. Courem amb el foc baix fins que la s\u00edpia hagi deixat anar tota l&#039;aigua. Afegirem la ceba picada. Remenarem i salarem.<\/li><li>Courem durant uns 5 minuts i hi tirem el vi. Quan s&#039;hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit i el sucre. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot. Passats uns 5 minuts abocarem l&#039;aigua calenta i cuinarem durant uns 20 minuts, o fins que la s\u00edpia estigui toveta. Cuinarem amb el foc baix i la cassola tapada. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Prepararem les mandonguilles posant en un bol, els ous, la sal, el pebre, l&#039;all i el julivert. Batrem amb una forquilla. Afegirem les carns picades i el pa ratllat. Remenarem amb la forquilla fins aconseguir una massa que estigui lligada.<\/li><li>Farem unes boletes que les arrebossarem amb farina. Fregirem lleugerament les mandonguilles pels dos costats. Fregirem les llesques de pa.<\/li><li>Per fer la picada triturarem les ametlles, el pa fregit, les dents d&#039;all i el julivert. Ho farem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric o tamb\u00e9 es pot fer amb el morter.<\/li><li>En una cassola gran posarem les mandonguilles i la s\u00edpia amb la salsa. Afegirem la xocolata trossejada i la picada. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es barregi i courem amb la cassola tapada i el foc baix durant uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s. Si li falt\u00e9s brou, li podem afegir aigua calenta.<\/li><li>Incorporarem els llagostins i courem tot uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.
