Prepararem aquest filet amb una riqu\u00edssima Salsa d&#039;Ametlles i Xampinyons. Llet<\/li><li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>80 ml. Brandy\/Conyac<\/li><li>50 gr. Ametlles torrades sense pell<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Dent d&#039;All<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem finament la ceba. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric picarem l&#039;all, les ametlles i el julivert. Tamb\u00e9 es pot picar amb un morter. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem el filet sencer.<\/li><li>En una cassola posarem l&#039;oli i quan estigui ben calent introduirem el filet i ho daurarem per tots els costats.<\/li><li>Baixarem el foc i sofregirem la ceba. Remenarem i la courem lentament durant uns 3 minuts. Abans que comenci a daurar-se afegirem el brandi amb molt de compte. Es pot apartar del foc.\u00a0<\/li><li>Quan l&#039;alcohol hagi evaporat, hi afegirem la llet i l&#039;orenga. I cuinarem la salsa durant uns 10 minuts, amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>Hem rentat els xampinyons i els tallarem. Saltejarem els xampinyons amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Els salarem i els courem.<\/li><li>Tallarem el filet a rodanxes d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre.<\/li><li>Afegirem la picada o picada que ten\u00edem reservada i quan comenci a bullir afegirem tamb\u00e9 el filet i els xampinyons.
