Una Espatlleta de Xai cuita al forn a baixa temperatura amb la qual cosa aconseguirem que un cop cuinada ens quedi molt tendra i alhora cruixent per fora. Patates per fregir<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>Julivert<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge Extra<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem l&#039;espatlla amb la pell cap avall en una safata pel forn. \u00c9s convenient que la safata sigui d&#039;una mida similar a l&#039;espatlla. Afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua, no gaire.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 100 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i la courem una hora. La traurem del forn, li donarem la volta i courem una hora m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Pujarem el forn a 150 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads. Traurem l&#039;espatlla del forn i salpebrarem per una banda. Courem durant 25 minuts i li donarem una altra vegada la tornada. Salpebrarem aquest costat i courem 25 minuts m\u00e9s. Si es qued\u00e9s sense aigua se li pot afegir una mica.<\/li><li>Mentre va coent l&#039;espatlla prepararem les Patates al Pobre per a aix\u00f2 tallarem la ceba a la juliana. Traurem les llavors del pebrot i farem unes tires de 1 cm. ample per 5 de llarg.<\/li><li>En una paella posarem oli d&#039;oliva verge i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba i el pebrot. Ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns 5 minuts, fins que la ceba estigui toveta.<\/li><li>Pelarem i tallarem les patates a rodanxes no gaire fines, mig cent\u00edmetre aproximadament i les afegirem a la paella. Remenarem i taparem la paella.<\/li><li>De tant en tant remourem les patates i abans que estiguin al punt, les salpebrarem al gust. Han cuit entre 20 i 25 minuts. Comproveu que estiguin toves ja que dep\u00e8n del tipus de patates.<\/li><li>Finalment tirarem per sobre l&#039;all i julivert. Remenarem i donarem unes voltes i apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Pujarem el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i donarem una altra vegada la tornada a l&#039;espatlla.
