S\u00f3n unes riqu\u00edssimes galetes que tenen una ametlla sencera per sobre, ia mi em transporten a la infantesa. Ametlles m\u00f2ltes<\/li><li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>3 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li><li>1 Ou<\/li><li>Ratlladura \u00bd Llimona<\/li><li>Ametlles crues sense pell<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un bol gran posarem l&#039;ametlla en pols, la ratlladura de llimona i la meitat del sucre. Remenarem.<\/li><li>Separarem la clara del rovell de l&#039;ou. Reservarem la clara per muntar-la despr\u00e9s juntament amb les altres.<\/li><li>Afegirem el rovell de l&#039;ou a la massa i pastarem amb les mans prement per treure tot l&#039;oli de l&#039;ametlla.<\/li><li>Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntarem les clares a punt de neu amb una mica de sal. A mig muntar afegirem el sucre restant diverses vegades.<\/li><li>Incorporarem de mica en mica la barreja preparada a les clares muntades, remenant amb una esp\u00e0tula fins a aconseguir que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Posarem la massa en una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre molt gruixut i farem unes boletes damunt una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar.<\/li><li>Damunt de cada bola dipositarem una ametlla que pressionarem una mica perqu\u00e8 no caigui en coure.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 18 minuts o fins que quedin cuites.
