Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Galetes Maria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Caienes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netegem els peus de porc i els posarem en una olla gran juntament amb l&#039;aigua, una ceba, la pastanaga, el porro, la fulla de llorer i la sal. Courem els peus de porc durant uns 30 minuts en olla de pressi\u00f3. Si es fa servir una olla normal cal coure&#039;ls durant unes dues hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem els peus de porc i guardarem el brou de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una cassola al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba tallada ben petita. Un cop sofregida la ceba posarem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el rom, la farigola, el pebre negre i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i tamb\u00e9 una mica del brou de la cocci\u00f3. Li farem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem tamb\u00e9 els peus de porc i ho deixarem coure tot al costat de foc lent durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un morter posarem dos alls pelats i picarem. Afegirem les galetes, les ametlles torrades i el julivert i picarem tot. Afegirem a la picada una mica del brou de la cocci\u00f3 i ho remourem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donem la volta als peus de porc i posarem a la cassola la picada. Mourem la cassola perqu\u00e8 es vagi barrejant tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovarem si falta sal i l&#039;afegirem. Courem a foc molt lent durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal controlar que no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3 i si cal afegirem m\u00e9s de brou de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquest plat \u00e9s convenient fer-ho el dia abans de consumir-lo ja que els sabors quedaran m\u00e9s concentrats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us
