DIAMETRE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Massa Trencada o Pasta Brisa<\/li><li>1 Carbass\u00f3<\/li><li>1 Porro<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>250 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>4 Ous<\/li><li>250 gr. Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>150 gr. Formatge Emental ratllat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Desenrotllarem la massa fallta i l&#039;estendrem sobre la taula de treball. Posarem el motlle rod\u00f3 per anar al forn, damunt la massa i donarem la volta. Aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 que quedi la massa ben centrada. Traurem el paper de la massa amb molt de compte.<\/li><li>Aplanarem b\u00e9 la massa procurant que arribi a totes les vores. Punxarem tota la superf\u00edcie amb una forquilla. Taparem la base amb el paper de coure. Tallarem el sobrant de paper i damunt el cobrirem amb cigrons secs per evitar que la massa s&#039;infli en coure.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 12 minuts. Traurem el paper i els cigrons que els podem guardar per a una altra ocasi\u00f3<\/li><li>Picarem la ceba. Tallarem el carbass\u00f3 a quadradets d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre. Picarem el porro i trossejarem els xampinyons.<\/li><li>En una paella fonda posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba i ofegarem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 2 minuts. A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem el porro i courem durant uns 3 minuts. Tot seguit afegirem el carbass\u00f3 i cuinarem 3 minuts m\u00e9s. Abocarem els xampinyons i la sal. Remenarem i cuinarem tot junt uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Per preparar el farciment posarem en un bol els ous, la nata i el formatge ratllat. Batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que s&#039;hagi barrejat tot. Afegirem el pebre, la nou moscada i la sal i remenarem.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem les verdures cuites i remourem perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Omplirem la quiche i amb una esp\u00e0tula aplanarem. Amb cura la passem a la safata del forn i enfornarem amb el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix durant uns 25 minuts. Farem la prova del escuradents i si surt sec ja tindrem la nostra quiche cuita. El temps \u00e9s orientatiu ja que dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
