Si t&#039;agraden les crestes avui les prepararem comen\u00e7ant per fer nosaltres les h\u00f2sties i despr\u00e9s el farcit que ser\u00e0 de carn de vedella o porc, xampinyons i bac\u00f3. Farina de blat&nbsp;<\/li><li>150 ml. Aigua Bullint<\/li><li>30 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>6 gr. Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al farciment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300 gr. Carn Picada Vedella o Porc<\/li><li>50 gr. Bac\u00f3 Fumat<\/li><li>100 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>80 gr. Salsa Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>1 culleradeta Pebre vermell Dol\u00e7<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per fer les h\u00f2sties comen\u00e7arem tamisant la farina en un bol gran. Afegirem la sal, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i l&#039;aigua bullint. Amassarem primer amb una esp\u00e0tula i despr\u00e9s amb les mans fins que la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol.<\/li><li>Amassarem una mica m\u00e9s a la taula de treball donant-li uns plecs. No cal amassar durant molta estona. Farem una bola i deixarem reposar la massa, tapada amb paper film durant 30 minuts.<\/li><li>Estendrem farina a la taula de treball i estirarem la massa amb un corr\u00f3 fins aconseguir un gruix d&#039;un mil\u00b7l\u00edmetre aproximadament.<\/li><li>Farem les h\u00f2sties amb un tallador de pastes rod\u00f3 d&#039;uns 10 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre, tamb\u00e9 es pot fer amb un got ample o un bol. Amb la massa sobrant tornarem a fer una altra bola i deixarem reposar una mica. Tornarem a aplanar amb el corr\u00f3 i farem m\u00e9s h\u00f2sties.<\/li><li>En una safata amb paper vegetal dipositarem les h\u00f2sties.<\/li><li>Per fer el farciment picarem finament la ceba. El bac\u00f3 el tallarem a quadradets molt petits. Tallarem tamb\u00e9 els xampinyons ben petits.<\/li><li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i, quan estigui calent, afegirem la ceba i ofegarem durant uns 4 minuts amb el foc baix. A continuaci\u00f3 llen\u00e7arem el bac\u00f3, remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebre vermell, remenant b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no es cremi el pebre vermell.<\/li><li>Tot seguit incorporarem la carn, salpebrarem i remourem fins que la carn estigui cuita. Afegirem els xampinyons i cuinarem tot junt durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit i la integrarem amb el farcit, sofregirem durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s. Apagarem el foc i escorrerem el farcit en un colador fi perqu\u00e8 no quedi oli.<\/li><li>Per emplenar les crestes pintarem amb aigua tota la circumfer\u00e8ncia i posarem una mica de farciment al centre. Tancarem l&#039;h\u00f2stia doblegant-la i prement perqu\u00e8 quedi ben tancada. Amb les dents de la forquilla apretarem tota la mitja lluna per acabar de segellar l&#039;empanadilla.<\/li><li>Fregirem les crestes amb abundant oli ben calent. Han de quedar daurades pels dos costats. \u00c9s millor fregir-les en una paella petita i posar nom\u00e9s dues o tres crestes.
