Com sabr\u00e0s hi ha molt\u00edssimes maneres de preparar unes riques Llenties, avui les farem estofades amb S\u00e8pia, Clo\u00efsses i Musclos, una forma for\u00e7a diferent del que \u00e9s habitual. Llenties cuites<\/li><li>1 S\u00edpia<\/li><li>12 Musclos<\/li><li>12 Clo\u00efsses<\/li><li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>80 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hem deixat les clo\u00efsses en remull amb aigua i sal durant uns 30 minuts. Les hem escorregut i rentat de nou amb aigua.<\/li><li>Un cop neta la s\u00edpia la tallarem a quadradets d&#039;uns 2 cent\u00edmetres aproximadament.<\/li><li>Picarem finament els alls i la ceba i reservem. Partirem el pebrot i traurem les llavors. Ho picarem tamb\u00e9 ben petit\u00f3. Pelarem el tom\u00e0quet i el picarem.<\/li><li>En una paella fonda i amb l&#039;oli calent introduirem les clo\u00efsses ben escorregudes. Taparem la paella fins que s&#039;obrin les clo\u00efsses. Les traurem a mesura que es vagin obrint.<\/li><li>Posarem una mica d&#039;aigua en un cass\u00f3 i bullirem els musclos fins que s&#039;obrin. Escorrerem el brou i despr\u00e9s ho colarem amb un colador de roba perqu\u00e8 no quedi cap impuresa.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix incorporarem la ceba, el pebrot i els alls. Sofregirem durant uns 8 minuts. Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet picat al qual hem afegit un pessic de sucre, per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 4 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Tot seguit incorporarem la s\u00edpia i la barrejarem amb el sofregit i cuinarem uns 5 minuts, sempre amb el foc baix. Afegirem el vi i remourem fins que l&#039;alcohol hagi evaporat.<\/li><li>Afegirem el brou dels musclos i courem la s\u00edpia amb la cassola tapada durant uns 15 minuts. A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem les llenties i mourem b\u00e9 la cassola. Si cal, afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua per acabar la cocci\u00f3 i comprovarem de sal.<\/li><li>Afegirem els musclos sense closca i les clo\u00efsses.
