Ho fregim pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem el bacall\u00e0 de la paella i ho deixem damunt de paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit posem en una cassola una mica de l&#039;oli de fregir el bacall\u00e0 i sofregim la ceba tallada molt petiteta, amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba comenci a daurar-se hi afegim els cigrons, hi donarem unes voltes i tot seguit afegirem la salsa romesco, ho remenarem i afegirem tamb\u00e9 el fumet de peix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho barrejarem tot i quan comenci a bullir incorporarem el bacall\u00e0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i ho courem a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anirem remenant de tant en tant, i controlarem que no falti salsa. Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s de brou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans d&#039;acabar la cocci\u00f3 hi afegirem els ous partits per la meitat i mourem la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En apagar el foc, hi afegirem una mica de julivert picat per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s aconsellable deixar reposar el bacall\u00e0 almenys durant uns quinze minuts abans de servir-lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
