Ametlles Molides<\/li><li>225 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>100 ml. Nata per a Muntar (Crema de Llet)<\/li><li>30 grs. Llet a Pols<\/li><li>75 grs. Nous trossejades<\/li><li>4 Nous per decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Escalfem en un cass\u00f3 la nata per muntar, la llet en pols i el sucre. Ho anirem remenant.<\/li><li>Quan h\u00e0gim aconseguit un alm\u00edvar esp\u00e8s apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Afegirem les ametlles m\u00f2ltes i les nous trossejades i pastarem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins a aconseguir que es barregin b\u00e9 tots els ingredients.<\/li><li>Un cop s&#039;hagi refredat una mica la massa, acabarem de pastar a m\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 les ametlles vagin deixant anar l&#039;oli.<\/li><li>Farem un cilindre.<\/li><li>Tallarem paper de fornejar, per cobrir la base i els costats del motlle, prenent les mides del motlle i deixant paper suficient per poder tapar el torr\u00f3. (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li><li>Posarem el torr\u00f3 dins del motlle (hem fet servir un motlle de 25 cm. x 9 cm.) i l&#039;aplanarem, vigilant que la massa del torr\u00f3 arribi a totes les cantonades.<\/li><li>Quan ja estigui ben llis per sobre l&#039;adornarem amb 4 nous.<\/li><li>Taparem el torr\u00f3 amb la part sobrant del paper i ho deixarem reposar durant 24 hores.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del torr\u00f3 de nata amb nous per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella prepara un Turr\u00f3n de Nata con Nueces.
