Els Picantons s\u00f3n uns pollastres petits d&#039;uns 400\/500 grams, tamb\u00e9 coneguts com a Coquelets o Tomateros. Els cuinarem al Forn ja veur\u00e0s que s\u00f3n molt f\u00e0cils de preparar a casa. Beicon Fumat<\/li><li>200 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>40 gr. Panses de Corint<\/li><li>20 gr. Pinyons (opcional)<\/li><li>200 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 Ceba petita<\/li><li>2\/3 Patates<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem la ceba molt fina. Tallarem en quadradets el bac\u00f3. Tallarem a quadradets petits uns 75 gr. de xampinyons. La resta els reservarem.<\/li><li>Abocarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a la paella i afegirem la ceba picada. Remenarem i afegirem el bac\u00f3, els xampinyons i el pebre negre. Ofegarem durant uns 4 minuts o fins que la ceba estigui transparent i els altres elements cuits.<\/li><li>Abocarem els pinyons i els fregirem durant un minut ia continuaci\u00f3 afegirem les panses de corint i cuinarem durant un minut m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem els pollastres picantons per dins i fora.<\/li><li>Omplirem els picantons amb la farsa que hem preparat i els tanquem amb uns escuradents.<\/li><li>Tallarem les patates a discos de \u00bd cent\u00edmetre i les dipositarem al fons d&#039;una safata apta per al forn. Tallarem el tom\u00e0quet a discos i el distribuirem per la safata. Salpebrarem i posarem tamb\u00e9 els pollastres picantons.<\/li><li>Regarem per sobre amb un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i el vi.<\/li><li>Trossejarem la resta de xampinyons i els saltejarem. Els salarem i els ofegarem durant un parell de minuts. Afegirem l&#039;all i el julivert picats i el barrejarem. Reservarem<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Despr\u00e9s de 40 minuts de cocci\u00f3, traiem els picantons del forn i els farem la volta.<\/li><li>Afegirem els xampinyons i la resta d&#039;all i julivert picat. Si falta brou per acabar la cocci\u00f3, afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Enfornarem durant uns 30 minuts m\u00e9s. En total han estat 70 minuts de cocci\u00f3, per\u00f2 dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
