Una d&#039;aquelles receptes molt f\u00e0cils i el resultat de les quals \u00e9s espectacular. Com sabr\u00e0s els miguelitos s\u00f3n uns pastissets petits, t\u00edpics de la localitat de La Roda prov\u00edncia d&#039;Albacete, estan fets a base de pasta de full, farcits de crema i empolvorats amb sucre glas. S\u00f3n ideals per degustar-los a l&#039;hora del caf\u00e8 oa mitja tarda. Llet<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>35 gr. Maizena<\/li><li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>Pell d&#039;una llimona<\/li><li>1 Branca de Canyella<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per preparar la crema pastissera posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la meitat de la llet, el sucre, la pell de llimona i el pal de canyella. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i deixarem que s&#039;infusioni. Quan s&#039;hagi refredat colarem la llet.<\/li><li>Posarem els rovells dels ous en un bol juntament amb la resta de la llet i la maizena i batrem amb un batedor manual fins que estigui tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Un cop estigui freda la llet la passarem a un cass\u00f3 i afegirem la barreja dels ous. Remenarem b\u00e9 i courem amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi. Quan comenci a bullir i s&#039;espesseixi, apagarem el foc. Afegirem la mantega i barrejarem fins que es fongui la mantega. Reservarem la crema en una plata fins que estigui freda tapada amb paper film.<\/li><li>Estendrem una massa de pasta de full, conservant el paper vegetal i la pintarem amb aigua. Damunt estenem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full i premem perqu\u00e8 quedin enganxades.<\/li><li>Amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4una regla marcarem l\u00ednies de 4 cm. tant al llarg com a l&#039;ample i amb el ganivet tallarem la pasta de full en quadrats. Sortiran 48 porcions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Batem l&#039;ou amb una mica d&#039;aigua i pintarem els quadradets.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 25 minuts aproximadament. Dep\u00e8n del forn.
