Segur que ja us imagineu que s\u00f3n unes patates amb salsa brava. La salsa brava hi ha moltes maneres de fer-les, com diu el refrany. all i oli que tamb\u00e9 estan bon\u00edssimes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Patates braves\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/l8Vkcs9EAWI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 Patates Monalisa o Kennebek<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>3 culleradetes de Pebre vermell de la Vera picant<\/li><li>3 culleradetes de Pebre vermell de la Vera dol\u00e7a<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li><li>400\/500 ml. Brou de Carn<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva o Gira-sol per fregir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem la ceba i els alls molt petitons.<\/li><li>En una paella hi posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba i els alls picats. Remenarem i ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns cinc minuts fins que la ceba quedi ben tova.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebre vermell dol\u00e7 i el picant. Nosaltres posem 3 culleradetes petites de cada tipus de pebre vermell, per\u00f2 ja dep\u00e8n de com us agradi de picant. Amb el foc al m\u00ednim courem el pebre vermell remenant durant un minut, procurant que no es cremi el pebre vermell.<\/li><li>Afegirem la farina i remourem constantment durant un minut perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la farina i es vagi coent.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 tireu el brou de carn a poc a poc i remeneu perqu\u00e8 es vagi integrant i quedi tot ben barrejat. Cuinarem la salsa fins que quedi ben espessa aproximadament han estat uns 8 minuts. \u00c9s millor que quedi espessa ja que sempre hi podem afegir una mica m\u00e9s de brou despr\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Batem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Ens ha de quedar una salsa molt fina. La deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Posem a escalfar l&#039;oli en una paella fonda. Cal posar molt oli, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Pelarem i tallarem les patates a quadradets d&#039;uns 3 cent\u00edmetres.<\/li><li>Les patates les fregirem dues vegades perqu\u00e8 ens quedin cruixents per fora i toves per dins.&nbsp;<\/li><li>La primera vegada les fregirem quan l&#039;oli estigui calent, per\u00f2 sense bullir. Fregirem durant uns dos minuts. Les traurem del foc i les dipositarem sobre paper absorbent de cuina. Les assecarem amb paper absorbent.<\/li><li>El segon fregit el farem quan l&#039;oli estigui bullent i fregirem les patates fins que ens quedin daurades. Les posarem a sobre de paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Si les patates les fregim en fregidora el\u00e8ctrica, la temperatura del primer fregit ha de ser a 140 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i la segona a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads.<\/li><li>Hem posat la salsa brava en un biber\u00f3 i ruixem generosament les patates amb la salsa.<\/li><li>Si ens sobra salsa brava la podem guardar en un pot de vidre ben tancat al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Patates Braves per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy vamos a preparar uno de los aperitivos mas conocidos que podemos encontrar en casi todos los bares de nuestro pa\u00eds, unas riqu\u00edsimas Patatas Bravas.&nbsp; Seguro que ya os imagin\u00e1is que son unas patatas con salsa brava.
