P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li><li>Julivert picat abundant<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem en remull les escopinyes amb aigua i sal durant uns 30 minuts. Escorrerem i rentarem de nou.<\/li><li>Picarem la ceba ben petita i els alls.<\/li><li>Tallarem el cap als llobarros i els partirem per la meitat.&nbsp;<\/li><li>En una paella hi posarem el vi i les escopinyes. Taparem la cassola ia mesura que s&#039;obrin les escopinyes les reservarem. Colarem el suc amb un colador ben fi per si hagu\u00e9s quedat alguna impuresa.<\/li><li>Posarem una cassola al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent i amb el foc baix hi afegirem els alls picats. Remenarem ia continuaci\u00f3 tirem la ceba i una mica de sal i ofegarem durant uns 5 minuts o fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/li><li>Incorporarem la farina i remourem perqu\u00e8 es cogui i no es cremi. Afegirem el suc de les escopinyes i una mica d&#039;aigua. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es barregi tot. Afegirem for\u00e7a julivert picat i cuinarem sempre amb el foc baix durant uns set minuts i afegirem m\u00e9s aigua si la salsa s&#039;espesseix massa.<\/li><li>Posarem la salsa en un got batedor i hi afegirem una bona quantitat de julivert picat. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric batrem la salsa i la incorporarem de nou a la cassola i hi afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem els llobarros pels dos costats i els introduirem a la cassola. Afegirem tamb\u00e9 els p\u00e8sols. Mourem la cassola i cuinarem uns 4 minuts m\u00e9s. Passat aquest temps farem la volta als llobarros i els cuinarem durant uns 2 minuts m\u00e9s. Dep\u00e8n de la mida dels llobarros i tamb\u00e9 del gust personal, ja que el punt de cocci\u00f3 ideal, no \u00e9s igual per a tothom. Ho hem cuinat durant 6 minuts.<\/li><li>Comprovarem de sal i afegirem les escopinyes. La cassola l&#039;anirem movent perqu\u00e8 la salsa quedi ben lligada i ho cuinarem tot junt durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.
