La seva forma \u00e9s rectangular i ho preparem amb unes riqu\u00edssimes fruites confitades. Llevat qu\u00edmic tipus Royal<\/li><li>1 culleradeta Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li><li>1 culleradeta Aigua d&#039;Azahar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un bol hi posarem la mantega a punt pomada i el sucre. Batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques fins que s&#039;integri tot.<\/li><li>Afegirem els ous un per un i continuarem batent. Quan estiguen tots els ous integrats, seguirem batent durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s. Ha de quedar molt esponj\u00f3s.<\/li><li>Afegirem la vainilla l\u00edquida i l&#039;aigua de tarongina i l&#039;integrarem.<\/li><li>Barrejarem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb el llevat. Tamisarem la farina i la incorporarem en diverses vegades. Batrem durant uns 4 minuts.<\/li><li>Tallarem les fruites confitades a trossets petits i els arrebossarem amb farina. Aix\u00ed quedaran millor distribu\u00efdes les fruites al plumcake. Traurem la farina sobrant i amb una esp\u00e0tula barrejarem les fruites amb la massa.<\/li><li>Untarem el motlle, si pot ser de silicona, amb mantega i ho empolvorarem amb farina. Omplirem amb la massa i l&#039;allisarem.
