Musclos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot verd petit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes de Salsa Tabasco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa Beixamel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renteu i raspeu els musclos. Han de quedar nets d&#039;impureses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una olla al foc i hi afegim els musclos i una fulla de llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagin obert, els escorrerem i els reservarem. Un cop freds els traurem de la closca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Triturem la ceba, el pebrot, els alls i el julivert. Reservarem. Triturarem tamb\u00e9 la carn dels musclos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella sofregim amb oli d&#039;oliva el triturat de les verdures i un cop cuit afegim el triturat dels musclos i el pebre negre. Remenarem i ho deixem coure tot junt durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem la salsa beixamel posant la mantega en una paella. Quan s&#039;hagi fos apartarem la paella del foc i afegim la farina, remenem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri, ia continuaci\u00f3 afegim una mica de llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem de nou la paella amb el foc baix i hi afegim la resta de la llet. Amb un batedor manual anirem remenant perqu\u00e8 es barregi tot b\u00e9. No s&#039;ha de deixar de remenar ja que es pot enganxar la salsa al fons de la paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim tamb\u00e9 la nou moscada, el pebre i una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop espessida la salsa, afegim la barreja dels musclos i ho barregem tot. Amb el foc baix remourem fins que la massa s&#039;enlairi del fons de la paella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar en una plata. Quan estigui fred el taparem amb paper film i el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 4 hores com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farcim les petxines dels musclos fins a la vora i els arrebossem primer amb ou ben batut i despr\u00e9s amb pa ratllat.
