Brou de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Alls picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba mitjana picada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cullerades de julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem una cassola de boca ampla al foc i hi afegim oli d&#039;oliva. Quan estigui l&#039;oli calent hi posarem els alls i la ceba finament picats. Sofregim lentament i li donarem unes voltes fins que estigui ben ofegat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la farina i remenem, afegim el vi blanc i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi posarem el brou de peix i el julivert picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mourem la cassola perqu\u00e8 es lligui una mica la salsa i afegirem el pebre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem el llu\u00e7 i la incorporem a la salsa, seguirem movent la cassola i passats uns 2 minuts capgirarem el llu\u00e7 i afegirem les clo\u00efsses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les clo\u00efsses s&#039;hagin obert ja tindrem el plat llest per menjar.
