Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Sobre Llevat Qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de pell d&#039;una Taronja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Cullerades Aigua d&#039;Azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Nous pelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Panses Corint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Cireres Confitades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rom Negre per macerar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre a Pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem les panses en maceraci\u00f3 amb una mica de rom negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem la mantega que ha d&#039;estar a temperatura ambient juntament amb el sucre i quan tot estigui ben barrejat afegim els ous d&#039;un en un i continuem batent fins aconseguir que quedi una massa molt escumosa i d&#039;un color m\u00e9s blanc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la ratlladura de la taronja i l&#039;aigua de tarongina i batrem una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina i el llevat en pols i l&#039;afegim a la barreja a poc a poc. Posem tamb\u00e9 la llet i ho integrem tot amb un batedor manual i amb moviments envoltants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop ben pastat, afegirem primer les panses i barrejarem, despr\u00e9s les nous i finalment les cireres i tamb\u00e9 el suc de la maceraci\u00f3 de les panses. Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 tot quedi ben repartit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untem el motlle amb mantega i amb una mica de farina perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 40 minuts. Cal fer la prova del escuradents per saber que ja estigui ben cuit. A mitja cocci\u00f3 es pot tapar amb paper d&#039;alumini, si veiem que agafa molt de color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui fred el desemmotllarem i empolvorem amb sucre llustre la part de sobre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Queque de Nous, Passes i Cireres per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Queque de Nueces, Pasas y Cerezas.
