Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>750 grs. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Fulles de Gelatina Neutra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Crocanti d&#039;Ametlla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cacau a Pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triturem les galetes i desfem la mantega al microones. Ho pastem b\u00e9 fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata posarem paper d&#039;enfornar ia sobre un c\u00e8rcol d&#039;un motlle de fer pa de pessic dels que es poden obrir. Aquesta recepta la fem amb un motlle de 28 cm. de di\u00e0metre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la barreja de les galetes i mantega dins del c\u00e8rcol i el distribu\u00efm fins que quedi ben llis. Ho deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina en un bol amb aigua freda durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem un bany maria per fondre la xocolata. Quan estigui fos afegim les fulles de gelatina ben escorregudes i remourem fins que s&#039;hagi integrat totalment la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem les clares d&#039;ou amb un pessic de sal i abans que arribi al punt de neu hi afegim la meitat del sucre. Batem fins a aconseguir el punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a poc a poc la xocolata fosa a les clares i la barrejarem amb moviments envoltants, de baix a dalt procurant que no es baixin massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes i al final hi afegim la resta del sucre, batent una mica m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la barreja de la xocolata hi afegim el crocant d&#039;ametlla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 passarem la barreja de la xocolata al bol de la nata i ho barrejarem amb moviments envoltants. Ho farem diverses vegades perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem el motlle del frigor\u00edfic i hi posem la massa de la mousse, allisant b\u00e9 la part de dalt.
